QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Q: Can I print anything on the containers?
A: We cannot print offensive images, words or phrases. Additionally, we are unable to print the names of celebrities, specific sports teams, major events, landmarks, schools, companies or institutions or other trademarks, without express consent by the registered trademark owner.
Q: The containers are labeled, "May contain coconut", does this apply to all flavors? What if I didn't select coconut?
A: Coconut jelly beans are pure white in color. If you do not have a pure white jelly bean in your container then it likely does not contain coconut flakes. Some may confuse the French Vanilla jelly bean with coconut, however, the French Vanilla has specks of brown on the outer shell.
Q: Can I order a sample?
A: While we don't send free samples, most items have a minimum order quantity of one.
Q: If I select the 20 flavor mix, will my container include at least 1 bean of each flavor?
A: Because the mix is random, we can't guarantee that a package will contain every flavor. Additionally, some of the smaller packages contain less than 20 beans.

Q: I have an existing JellyBelly.com account, will it work?
A: MyJellyBelly.com is a separate site from JellyBelly.com. As such, you will need to create a new account. Please follow the check-out/registration instructions when you enter the shopping cart. Your account information will be securely stored for quick checkout for future orders.
Q: I live outside the USA - can I order?
A: Yes. MyJellyBelly.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Giftmoto, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You may pay by International credit card or PayPal. Giftmoto will process your order. They will then consolidate your items and ensure proper, timely and economical delivery of your MyJellyBelly.com purchase to your international address. Once your order is complete, all inquiries should be directed to Giftmoto at contactus@giftmoto.com.
We also ship to all US addresses, including US territories, APO, FPO, and DPO via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Please check the status of your order online. If the status of your order appears as "printed", we are unable to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been printed, you can contact us Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am - 5pm, Pacific Time at 800-522-3267 (US only) or 707-399-2390 (all countries) and we will gladly assist you.
Q: Does MyJellyBelly.com offer discounts for larger orders?
A: Yes, volume discounts are available based on the total quantity of product purchased for a single design. To view the discount tiers, click the “Volume Discount” link next to the container description in Step 1.

Q: What is the return policy?

Q: How will I know when the product ships?
A: You will receive an email notification with the shipping information, typically within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday, will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?

The U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are also shipped to. Note however that most U.S. territories are shipped exclusively via U.S. Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: If your order is received before 4pm Pacific Time, your order will typically ship the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. If placed after 4pm Pacific Time, your order will ship the second business day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Q: What if my international shipment is refused, returned or delivery is unsuccessful?
A: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on orders shipped internationally when any of the following circumstances occur:
Q: Will I have to pay customs, duties or taxes on my international shipment?
A: Order shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipients. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Q: How long will it take for my international package to be delivered?
A: Canada Shipments
After shipment occurs, it will take 2-6 business days to arrive, in addition to possible time spent in customs for standard shipments. If you purchased Express delivery, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive after shipment occurs.
All Other International Shipments
After shipment occurs, it will take 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the class of service selected, in addition to possible time spent in customs.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
